With years of experience in management, Daniel has mastered the art of delivering professional and accurate customer service interactions.
In California, Daniel furthered his career in administration and property management with Realty Trust, eventually rising to the position of Office Manager at the Palm Springs branch.
During his tenure, Daniel assisted in high-profile transactions, working alongside top-tier residential and commercial brokers, including Luca Volpe, a top-selling realtor from 2020 to 2023 as recognized by Palm Springs Life. He also collaborated directly with Scott Timberlake, the owner, CEO, and Principal Broker of Realty Trust, which was established in Hawaii in 1985.
Daniel remains actively involved in the community, dedicating his time to volunteering with local charities and nonprofits.

Luca Volpe
Effective January 2024 Luca is the new CEO of Realty Trust. He emigrated from Italy and started his real estate career in 2017; within a few years, he impressively achieved recognition and awards as one of PalmSpringsLife's 2020, 2021, and 2022 Top Producers in the Coachella Valley. Now Luca and I form the perfect team, combining our skills to deliver the best experience to our clients.

Scott Timberlake, Former Owner and CEO of Realty Trust, is a licensed Broker in California, Oregon, and Hawaii. His extensive background in real estate created the foundation upon which Realty Trust is built and provides the structure the members of the company operate within today. Scott has been involved in the ownership and restoration of several historically significant buildings in Palm Springs, which has brought a unique layer to the company's fabric and provides the clients of Realty Trust an added area of expertise. A notable example is the purchase and restoration of Kaptur Plaza, formerly Tahquitz Plaza, the home of Realty Trust's administrative offices. Scott worked closely with the original architect, Hugh Kaptur, to complete this extensive interior and exterior renovation of the expansive commercial space.
Together with Business Partner, Michael Kassinger whom has been a Palm Springs resident since 1978, Realty Trust has represented Buyers and Sellers in some of the most significant real estate transactions. Michael has been a developer, a developer's consultant, and a buyer's/seller's representative for numerous clients in Palm Springs. Michael's special skill set and services range from build-to-suit, project management, owner's representation, and construction-at-risk. The combination of Scott and Michael's skills and vast knowledge in a wide-range of real estate transactions, offers Realty Trust clients an extensive suite of services.
